Two critically important words could make all the difference in the world when it comes to selling a distressed property fast.  Whether you choose to work with a Commercial Realtor or decide to take your chances and go it alone, these two words will have a significant impact on your ability to achieve the greatest amount of exposure for your property: social media.

Mass Exposure – Social media sties like Facebook and Twitter are no longer just extensions of peoples’ personals lives.  People use social media to inform their buying choices, including commercial real estate.  To bring exposure to their brands and attract customers, an enormous amount of businesses are taking to social media, including commercial and residential real estate agents.  Commercial Realtors and sellers can use social media to advertise commercial property, and drive interested properties to a website.

You need to work with a Commercial Realtor who excels in social media marketing.  They give a seller the most potential to sell your commercial real estate by moving it to the top of a buyer’s short list.  You as the seller must embrace social media marketing, and exclusively work with a  Commercial Realtor who is nationally recognized among his peers as being excellent in it.
