That’s why we’ve rethought and redesigned our marketplace reports to make you look good. Our new enhanced reports (available to LoopNet Premium Subscribers) are designed to impress and simple to use. Simply put, they’re the best in the industry.

Six formats new to the marketplace give you flexibility and choice over how to present listings from LoopNet. Choose from:
Instant-edit text
Now you can instantly edit text and add property notes or comments directly on reports. Any changes you make are saved automatically for your convenience.
Rearrange and delete content
You can easily change the order of listings in a report, or remove listings on the fly without starting over.
Your contact info included
By default, only your contact info appears on top of the report.
Instantly print, email, or share
Downloading PDFs and printing or emailing them is a cinch. You can also get a direct link to a report – this will give your contacts one-click access to the report you created (links stay live for 40 days).
Saved automatically in your account
Each report you create gets saved in the “My Reports” section of your account (which you can find under My LoopNet). You can name your reports to help you stay organized.
